Stay at SEAcroft

SEAcroft offers a handful of comfortable bedrooms, all with views across the Atlantic. They are simply furnished and intended as places to rest, read and refresh after days spent exploring the island. Well-behaved dogs are welcomed by prior arrangement.

Ensuite Rooms with Atlantic Views

Two of our rooms are ensuite and enjoy open views across the Atlantic.

Each ensuite room can accommodate up to four guests, using a super-king size zip and link bed and two additional pull-out single beds. These rooms are well suited to couples, friends travelling together or families.

The two ensuite rooms are very similar in layout and facilities. We usually allocate them at random, unless you have a mobility requirement and need the downstairs room – please let us know when booking if this applies.

Double / Twin Room with Private Bathroom

Our third room is a double room with Atlantic views.

It has a king size zip and link bed, which can be set as a king or as twin beds. The private bathroom is located just across the corridor, for the exclusive use of this room, and includes a rainfall shower and a free-standing bath.

  • Excellent in every way – We stayed for 2 nights at SEAcroft at the end of a tour of the Outer Hebrides and loved everything about it. There was a really warm welcome from Sarah and she was an exceptional host throughout, generously giving time and sharing her love of the area with us. She was also very funny! The accommodation is great – clean, comfortable and very well thought out for example we appreciated little touches like the socket cube by the bed and our names on the table. Andrew is a brilliant chef and we enjoyed our evening meals very much sampling dishes such as scallops, mussels and lamb. Portions are very generous. We enjoyed chatting to other guests and the warm friendly atmosphere created. Thank you!

  • Harris and Lewis – what a welcome! – SEAcroft is situated in the most amazing location on the mid west coast of the Isles of Lewis and Harris. Sarah is the most wonderful and engaging hostess whose energy and enthusiasm ensure you feel extremely welcome and comfortable in every which way. A hearty cooked breakfast was included and we also booked dinner for both nights of our stay. Our very large king bedroom overlooked the bay, and included beautiful furnishings from Harris Tweed. The bed was soooo comfortable, the linen was of a high quality as were the toiletries. There was an informative and well thought out folder with everything we needed to know, visit etc plus plenty of maps, books and games to borrow. And to top it off, there were beautiful chocolates on our bed when we arrived, along with a fresh coffee machine, tea and shortbread! We would stay again in a heartbeat!
