Checking in and Checking out
Check in at SEAcroft is from 4pm. We ask that guests vacate the premises by 10am on their day of departure. Late departures are chargeable at £25/hour or part thereof.
Settling your bill
Payment of your bill is required upon departure by cash or card.
Smoking
All areas of SEAcroft are no smoking. This includes E-cigarettes and other smoking accessories. Smoking is only allowed in some of the open air areas. Candles and other naked lights are not allowed in the rooms.
Pets
Dogs are welcome at SEAcroft. Please do not let your dog onto the furniture or leave your dog in the room when you go out. Extra cleaning or damage is charged at cost. There is a £10 per dog per night surcharge for up to two well behaved dogs. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the dining room.
Babies and Children
Babies and children are welcome at SEAcroft. There is no charge for children under two who sleep in a cot. A travel cot and high chair can be provided. Our ensuite rooms have additional guest beds suitable for children and adults. Although we do not have a children’s menu, the chef can prepare smaller servings of our menu dishes or a variety of children’s favourites.
Food and Drink
SEAcroft is fully licensed and provides evening meals. We ask that guests do not bring their own food and drink into the dining room.
WiFi
WiFi is provided free of charge on an as is basis and may be subject to interruption without warning and can be withdrawn completely due to our remote location. A fair usage policy applies.
Deposit
A deposit equal to the total cost of the booking is required.
Cancellation Policy
The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions.
We offer a refundable rate where if the booking is cancelled 28 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 12.5% of the stay will be made. If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made. In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
Cancellation by Us
If an event outside our reasonable control is reasonably likely to prevent us from performing your booking, we may cancel your booking and will refund in full any payment made by you in respect of such booking.
